The administrative approval service management office of Shangcheng District decided to employ Canadian foreign teachers from Haicheng Education as the social public service supervisor, and make suggestions for the construction and development of Shangcheng District.

During the discussion and exchange, the social public service supervisor from Haicheng first thanked the Shangcheng District, and said he will work together to clear their rights and obligations, timely collection of reasonable demands of the appeals and actively promote relevant policies and laws and regulations.
